Introduction

A smoothie made with 1/2 cup of each ingredient! You can use any berries you like, but I used 1/4 cup raspberries and 1/4 cup blackberries. A smoothie made with 1/2 cup of each ingredient! You can use any berries you like, but I used 1/4 cup raspberries and 1/4 cup blackberries.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup light vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1/2 cup frozen berries (1/4 cup blackberries, 1/4 cup raspberries)

Directions

Makes 1 16-ounce serving or 2 8-ounce servings

Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.

This makes a pretty thick smoothie. If you'd like yours thinner, add more milk.
