My husband and I love this drink, made with Splenda, to wind down on a hot summer evening. I usually double the ingredients so I can blend up one for each of us. Think of the words of Jimmy Buffett, "... there is booze in the blender and soon it will render that frozen concoction that helps me hang on..." One is plenty. Ingredients

1.5 oz. Tequila
.5 oz Triple Sec
1 Tablespoon Splenda
.16 Fresh Mango (large)
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth. Then add ice cubes a few at a time, and blend on "ice crush" to make this drink look smooth and frosty. Pour into Margarita glass. Makes one drink.
