Ingredients

    *50/50 butter blend Smart Balance, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Whitehouse Chunky Applesauce, 1 serving (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    *Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)
    *Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp (remove)
    *Zucchini, shredded, 2 cup (remove)
    *Dark Chocolate Nestle Baking Chips - Premium, 100 gram (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, 2.5 cup (remove)

Directions

Cream together Smart Balance, apple sauce, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add milk. Stir together all dry ingredients. Stir into margarine mixture. Add zucchini and chocolate chips.

Bake in a bundt pan for 45 minutes @ 350F. DO NOT OVERBAKE!
