Ingredients

    18 Medium Size spears of Asparagus
    2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

In a large saucepan bring 1 cup of water to a boil, lower to medium heat and add the asparagus allowing it to simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes until it is soft. Drain the water and add the oil to the pan with the asparagus using a fork to roll the asparagus back and forth coating each piece evenly then add the parmesan cheese again coating each piece by rolling it back and forth for about 10 minutes on meduim heat. Remove from pan and serve.
