    Red cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Red onion, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Raisins1/2 cup, packed
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp


Saute red cabbage in olive oil for 4 minutes . Add red onion and raisins and saute for 5 more minutes. Serve with brown rice. I use sunsweetened cranraisins sometimes for added flavor instead of raisins. Toasted pine nuts are a nice addition.
