Introduction

Normally I have this with tuna added in, but today it's just Rice and veggies Normally I have this with tuna added in, but today it's just Rice and veggies
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 C Brown Rice
    1.5 C vegetable broth
    1 red onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1 head broccoli
    1 C. green beans
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

1. bring broth & rice to boil, turn down to low.
2. in saucepan, sautee chopped red onion and minced garlic cloves in olive oil, until soft.
3. When rice is just about finished, throw in onion/garlic mix, and chopped broccoli, and chopped beans. Cover and allow to stand for a bit, to steam veggies. Add spices of your choosing. Enjoy!
