Ingredients

    2 - 4.9 oz boxes of Southern Home Scalloped Potato Classics
    2 tbsp Country Crock Light Butter
    1 1/3 cup Milk, 2%
    1 1/3 lb. Ground Turkey, 99% Fat Free
    1 1/2 cups Peas, Frozen
    3/4 cup Sweet Onion, Chopped
    Salt
    Garlic Powder
    McCormick Hot Shot

Directions

Prepare scalloped potatoes per the box.

While cooking, brown the turkey in a separate skillet with the onions (season to taste using the salt, garlic powder, and McCormick's Hot Shot).

Microwave the peas so they are complete at about the same time.

When all three are done, combine and serve.
