    Ground Beef cooked (yield from 1 lb raw)
    White Rice, short grain, 3 cup
    Tomato juice, with salt added, 48 fl oz
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Green Pepper, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Onion, 0.5 cup, chopped


Brown ground beef with green pepper & onion. Drain meat. Wipe skillet off excess fat. Add tomato juice, chili powder & black pepper. Bring to boil. Add rice & ground beef. Turn down to low for 15 minutes. Stir occaisionally.
