    Lean Ground Beef (1-1/2 lbs)
    2% Milk (1 cup)
    Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp)
    Sage (1 tsp chopped fresh, or 1/4 tsp dried)
    Salt (1/2 tsp)
    Mustard (1/2 tsp)
    Black Pepper (1/4 tsp, ground)
    Garlic (1 clove, finely chopped)
    Egg (1 large)
    Small Onion (1, chopped)
    BBQ Sauce (1/2 cup)


* Heat oven to 350 degrees
* Mix all ingredients except BBQ sauce
* Spread mixture in ungreased loaf pan
* Spread BBQ sauce over the top
* Insert meat thermometer so tip is in center of loaf.
* Bake uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until beef is no longer pink in center, juice is clear and thermometer reads at least 160 degrees.
* Drain meat loaf
* Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan and serve!
