I revised a recipe found on Spark to suit my family.

I revised a recipe found on Spark to suit my family.

Number of Servings: 4


    1.5 cups water
    2 bouillon cupes or 2 tsp granules
    1 heaping Tbsp Cornstarch

    1.5 cups mashed potatoes
    1 can yellow corn
    1 can green beans
    8 oz of turkey breast
    1 med yellow onion, chopped
    3 tsp minced garlic
    1.5 cups of gravy (see above)
    2 cups Wheat Chicken Stove Top

    Salt, pepper to taste



Boil water and bouillon until dissolved.

Mix cornstarch with a small amount of water until i reaches the consistancy that it will stir but feels stiff.

Remove from heat and slowly add cornstarch mixture stirring vigorously.


Prepare Stove top to package directions.

Sautee onions and minced garlic with cooking spray, until tender.

Spread half of the potatoes in the bottom of baking dish.

Drain and mix corn, green beans, onions and garlic togeather. Spread half over potatoes.

Layer half of turkey over veggies. Cover with half of gravy.

Repeat layer one more time.

Cover top with Stove top.

Bake 20-25 minutes until warmed thru and top is brown and crispy.

Top with additional gravy if desired.
