Ingredients

    1 lb bunch fresh asparagus
    1 Tblsp Olive Oil
    2 Tblsp shredded Parmesan Cheese
    Salt to taste

Directions

Makes 4 servings
Clean, snap off 1/4 of the bottom spears and drain the asparagus.
Place on a shallow baking dish and drizzle with 1Tblsp Olive oil. (Especially good with garlic flavored olive oil)
Salt to taste keeping in mind the cheese will add salt flavor also.
Bake 20 minutes or till tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
