Ingredients
Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
Onions, raw, 1 small
Egg, fresh, 1 medium
Ketchup, Heinz, 1 tbsp
Wal-Mart, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp
Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 2 crust, single 9"
Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup, diced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Dice and boil potatoes until soft and mash. In the meantime, cook corn according to package directions.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the ground beef and onion until beef is evenly brown, Drain, and allow to cool slightly.
In a bowl mix the cooked beef and onion, egg, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread the corn in the bottom of the pie crusts, layer with the beef mixture. Spoon the mashed potatoes over the beef and top with cheese.
Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
