Introduction

Something I whipped up when I was craving a dessert and needed carbs, and had some fresh lemon lying around. Quick, easy, yummy, and healthy. Something I whipped up when I was craving a dessert and needed carbs, and had some fresh lemon lying around. Quick, easy, yummy, and healthy.

Ingredients

    1/2 c frozen Blackberries
1 squirt fresh Lemon Juice (or 1 tsp bottled)
    1 tsp Sugar
    Dash Nutmeg
    Dash Cloves
    1 Low-Fat Cinnamon Graham Cracker (4 small rectangles / 1 full sheet)

Directions

Put blackberries in a bowl and mix with lemon juice. Microwave blackberries until warm (about 1 1/2 minutes). Stir in sugar, nutmeg, and cloves. Eat on the graham cracker.

Make sugar free with a sugar replacer, honey, or just skipping the sugar altogether. Or, make it more decadent by using a tbsp of low-fat cream cheese spread or whipped cream.
