Introduction

A version of another recipe on here but using penne and feta! A version of another recipe on here but using penne and feta!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 box Barilla Plus Penne, cooked and drained
    2 tsp Olive Oil
    1 can Great Northern White Beans
    1 cup fresh spinach
    2 cans Diced Tomatoes w/Basil, Garlic and Oregano
    2 Garlic Cloves, diced
    1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

Directions

1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet.
2. Add garlic, saute for a minute or so.
3. Add tomatoes and beans and bring to a boil.
4. Cover with spinach, top with lid, reduce heat to low and simmer about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
6. Toss mixture in the penne and feta.
