Makes approx 50 wontons. Makes approx 50 wontons.

    1 cup cooked chicken, minced
    1 cup portobello mushrooms, minced
    2 green onions chopped very fine
    1 small carrot chopped very fine
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice
    2 teaspoons water
    2 teaspoons corn starch

    50 wonton wrappers
    non stick cooking spray


Preheat oven to 375. Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray.

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, take remaining and mix till all lumps are gone from the corn starch. Add liquid to the main bowl and toss to coat all ingredients.

Place 1 teaspoon filling in the middle of the wrapper. Wet edges and fold over. place on cookie sheet. Repeat till pan is full then spray tops with non stick spray. Bake 10-12 min till edges are crispy. Eat while hot.

These can be flash frozen after baking and reheated in oven or microwave.
