Introduction

Simple salsa using a two to one ratio of tomato to onion. Simple salsa using a two to one ratio of tomato to onion.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Medium Tomatoes
1 Medium Onion (I use Red)

    Optional:
    Fresh Cilantro

Directions

This is a pretty simple recipe. I use a food processor to finely dice the tomato and the onion. You could also dice it up by hand. Combine them in a bowl. At first the salsa will smell and taste strongly of onion. After mixed chill in the fridge. I recommend 2 - 3 hours so that the tomato and onion fuse so it is not so heavy onion flavored. Unless you love onion like me. :D I normal get about 3 cups of salsa out of this recipe.

For additional changes try adding:
Cilantro
Bell Pepper
