Make approx 12 wontons. Make approx 12 wontons.

    1 large granny smith apple
    2 teaspoons brown sugar, packed
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

    24 wonton wrappers (3.5" square)
    non stick cooking spray
    powdered sugar (optional and not included in nutritional info. )


Mix filling in bowl and set aside for 10 min.

Preheat oven to 375 and spray cookie sheet with non stick spray.

Place 2 teaspoons filling in middle of wonton wrapper. Wet all edges and top with another wrapper. Place on cookie sheet. Repeat till sheet is filled then spray with non stick spray. Bake for 10-12 min till edges are golden brown and crispy.

(These can be made with any type of pie filling also. That will change your nutritional information though.)
