    18-20 oz. store bought ravioli (cheese, mushroom, or squash)
    6 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 Tbsp. balsalmic vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 cup toasted, chopped walnuts
    1/4 grated parmesan cheese


1) Boil ravioli 4-5 minutes. Drain onto large serving platter.
2) In medium saucepan, cook butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When the foam subsides, and butter turns golden brown (3 mins.) turn off heat. Let cool about 1 minute. Stir in balsalmic vinegar, salt, pepper. Add ravioli to pan, sprinkle with walnuts and parmesan cheese. Serve.
