Introduction
As a diabetic, I try to take the sugar out of recipes. This recipe originally called for sugar instead of Splenda, so it was easy to substitute. Ingredients

2 Packages Oriental Flavored Ramen Noodles (must be oriental)
1 12oz bag Broccoli Slaw
1 C Slivered Almonds
1 C Craisins
3/4 C chopped Onion
Dressing:
1/3 C Vinegar
1/4 C Olive Oil
1/2 C Splenda
1/2 C Water
Seasoning Packets from Ramen Noodles
Directions
Break noodles into small pieces, reserving flavor packets for the dressing. Toss noodles, slaw, almonds, craisins and onions in a large bowl. Set aside and make dressing. Pour dressing over slaw mix.
May be served immediately for extra crunchiness or the next day for a more blended flavor.
Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
