    2 8 oz eye of round steaks (beaten flat)
    2 slices provolone cheese
    2 T sundried tomatoes
    1T Italien Seasoning
    1/4 t salt
    1/2 t frresh cracked pepper
    1/2 C Red Wine (cooking kind is fine)
    Olive Oil


Pound steaks flat.

Spread sundried tomatoes on steaks, cover with slice of cheese, roll steaks in to log with tomatoes and cheese on inside. Sprinkle Italien seasoning, salt and pepper on steaks.

Heat saute pan add olive oil. Brown steaks. Add wine and simmer until done.

Add in boiled potatoes and cooked carrots just before serving.
