Ingredients

1/2 medium avocado
1 tbsp. lemonjuice
salt
ground black pepper
2 slices with whole wheat bread
3 tbsp. dill leaves
2 onions
15oz. black beans
1 canned spicy sauce
1 tbsp. all bran cereal
1 egg
1 tomato
Directions
preheat the oven to 350 degrees
smudge the slices of bread so they are nothing but bread-crums, and put them in a big bowl
chop the onions and the dill leaves, and put them in a blender (e.g smoothie blender) and after you've blended them, you add the beans, the sauce, and the all bran cereal, and then you blend it all in the blender again.
add the bean-mix (what's in the blender) to the bread crumbs, and mix it all together.
add a egg, and mix well! add salt and pepper whilst mixing
form it all in four cake-shapes, and put them on a plate
put them in the oven for about 10 minutes
after 10 minutes, open the oven and turn them around, then put them back in the oven and leave them there for about 5 more minutes
for more taste, add salad and vegetables :-) enjoy!
it is a very low-carb and low-calorie meal.
good for vegetarians too!
