Introduction

Great non-fat, sugar free oatmeal cookies. Great non-fat, sugar free oatmeal cookies.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1/3 cup honey
    1 tsp vanilla
    2/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix egg whites, honey and vanilla. In a separate container, mix all other ingredients. Make a well in dry ingredient mixture, add wet ingredients, stir only until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Place tablespoon-sized lumps of batter on greased baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.

*I used Splenda as sugar substitute*
