    Sweet potato, 1 sweetpotato, 5" long
    *Yellow&Green Zucchini squash, 0.66 cup
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp


cut veggies into pieces, toss with oil, vinegar, and whatever seasonings you'd like to use. Roast in oven at 450 til done to your liking.
