    5 medium apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1/3 cup butter or smart balance
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground nutmeg


grease 8x8 cake pan with nonstick spray or crisco
place sliced apples in pan
mix all remaining ingredients and place on top of apples
bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes
