    2.Mushrooms, fresh, 10 medium (quatered cooked in 1.50 tspn olive oil)
    3.Romaine Lettuce (salad), 7 inner leaf Chopped
    4.Cucumber (peeled), 2 medium cut into rolls
    5.Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 0.20 cup, dry, yields
    6.Orange Juice, 0.25 cup
    7.*Balsamic Vinegar, 0.50 tbsp
    8.Thyme, fresh, 0.25 tsp
    9.Chaat Masala 2 tspns
