Number of Servings: 4


    1/2 chicken boiled and removed from bone-reserve 2 cupc of broth
    1 can Cream of Celery Soup
    1/2 (5 ounces) frozed mixed vegetables
    1 TBSP salt
    1 TBSP sage
    1 TBSPpepper
    1 TBSP red pepper


Boil chicken in about 2-1/2 to3 cups of water with half the salt and spices. Remove from bone and reserve 2 cups of the broth (skim any fat)
Place chicken back in pot with the rest of spices (if needed)
and add the vegetables. Bring to a boil then simmer about 30 minutes. Add soup and mix well. Cook and additional 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the rice.
Pour chicken over rice for the perfect dinner.
