Ingredients

    2 lbs sirloin
    3 tbsp virgin olive oil
    3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    4 cloves garlic, smashed
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions

Trim excess fat off meat and put in shallow pan. Pour oil and vinegar over meat. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub over meat and allow to sit for a few minutes. Grill meat over medium high heat for 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Remove to platter and allow to sit for a few minutes, then slice into thin slices.
