A delicious tangy grape sorbet that is low in fat. A delicious tangy grape sorbet that is low in fat.
Number of Servings: 2


    1 1/3 cup fresh washed and destemmed grapes
    1/8 cup granulated sugar
    1 cup orange juice
    1 tbsp lemon juice


Cover and boil grapes, orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, and 1/8 cup water. Stir occasionally. After 5-10 minutes (when skins are peeling off of grapes) take mixture off of heat. Allow to cool.

Blend mixture until smooth and run through a strainer to remove skins. Allow remaining mixture to cool and put in an ice-cream maker or store in freezer and stir every twenty minutes until frozen.
