Ingredients

    1 cup Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour, 1 stick melted Butter, 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Dip chicken breast in melted butter and coat with flour. Place on a baking dish. Bake in a preheated over at 375 degrees F for approximately 20 minutes, or until juices run clear. Makes 8 servings.

    where do you get that type of flour? - 9/8/09

    This flour can be found in the baking aisle next to the Panko Crumbs and Shake 'N Bake products. It is made by Hogsdon Mill. If you are able to find it you will want to keep it on hand always because if is great on vegetables, especially potatoes, and makes an awesome gravy.
