    6 oz steak cut into cubes
    1tsp ginger
    3 cloves garlic
    4 Tbsp Kraft light done right italian salad dressing
    1/4 C Soy Sauce

    1/2 green pepper chopped into 1"cubes
    1/2 red pepper chopped into 1"cubes
    1/2 yellow pepper shopped into 1"cubes
    1 onion (red) chopped into 1" cubes
    1 Cup Cherry tomatoes
    1 C fresh pineapple ( or canned) chopped into 1" cubes
    15 mushrooms


1. Chop up the garlic and ginger into small pieces and add the soy sauce and salad dressing
2. Chop up the steak into 1" cubes and toss in the marinade.
3. Chop up all vegatables into 1" cubes.
4. Alternately spear the veggies and the meat on the skewers ( I suggest bamboo).
5. Grill on bbq or indoor grill until meat id done to your liking.
