Introduction

I got this recipe from my dad, he made this casserole to use up left over chicken. I like to divide it into 3 smaller pans and freeze before cooking for a quick meal on busy days. Ingredients

    2 cups diced, cooked chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1 box stuffing mix, prepared

Directions

Prepare stuffing mix in microwave according to package directions. Mix soup with sour cream, add chicken and spread into 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle prepared stuffing mix on top. Cook in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 9.
