A very basic pasta dough. A very basic pasta dough.
Number of Servings: 16


    1 cup whole grain semolina flour
    1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    2 eggs
    3 tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 cup water


Combine all ingredients and knead into a smooth, elastic dough. Leave this to rest for 1/2 hour at room temperature and then roll and shape as desired. Makes approximately 1 lb. dough.
