Ingredients

    1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips or chunks
    1 cup onion, chopped
    3 TBLS margarine
    1-1/3 cups chili sauce
    1 16oz can while-berry cranberry sauce
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    3 TBLS cider vinegar
    4-1/2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
    4-1/2 Tsp prepared mustard

Directions

In a large skillet, saute the chicken and onion in margarine until chicken is no longer pink. Add the chili sauce, cranberry sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve over rice, noodles, or couscous.
Yield: 6 servings
