Ingredients

    4 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 bag (16 oz) shelled, frozen edamame
    1 bottle (7.05 oz) Shirakiku nametake (Japanese seasoned mushrooms)
    1 bottle (1.7 to 1.8 oz) ochazuke wakame (Japanese rice seasoning)

Directions

Place hot, cooked rice in a large bowl. Add edamame (the hot rice will thaw the edamame), nametake and ochazuke wakame. Toss. Serve warm or at room temperature.
