    8 Corn Tortillas
    1 can Enchilada Sauce
    1 can Diced Tomatoes
    1/2 cup diced Onions
    8 oz taco seasoned ground turkey
    1/2 cup 2% Milk Shredded Mild Cheddar

    Chicken bullion cube and water to soak tortillas


Brown turkey and onions. Add tomatoes cook until heated through. Soak tortillas in chicken bullion until slightly soggy. Pour half enchilada sauce in bottem of pan, Put enough meat mixture in tortilla roll and place in pan. Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese back at 350 for 20 -30 minutes.

Makes 4 servings (2 enchilada's)
