Ingredients

    1 Cup Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
    1 Cup Nonfat Milk
    3 Egg Whites
    2 Mashed Bananas
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1 tsp Imitation Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Makes 12 Pancakes, 1 pancake per serving.

Mix all ingredients. Heat griddle to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease. Cook, flipping when golden brown. Enjoy!

  • I made this this morning for breakfast, I did not use syrup, instead I used fresh strawberries on top. I have to say that this is not bad, but it is not really good either. : ) I am the only one eating this so I have a lot of left over batter. Maybe tomorrow I will try it with sugar free syrup. - 12/6/09
