Ingredients

    6 1oz. center cut port chops, fat trimmed, not cooked
    1 can Campbell's 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 can Campbell's 98% fat free Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 c. water
    1 c. canned mushrooms, stems and pieces
    2 c. instant brown rice, uncooked
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Spray large skillet with non-stick spray. Salt and pepper pork chops and sear on high heat for 1 minute, each side. Reduce heat to medium/low. In separate bowl, mix soups, water, and mushrooms together well. Pour over chops, cover, and simmer approximately 20 minutes. Add rice, cover, and continue simmering until rice is cooked, approximately 10 minutes. Makes 3 servings
