Ingredients

    8 oz. round tip steak, sliced thin
    1 T. canola oil
    1 c. cut up broccoli
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. sliced scallions
    1/2 c. grated carrot
    1.5 c. cooked white rice
    5 T. Teriyaki sauce (divided)
    1 T. Cornstarch



Directions

Marinate beef in 4 T. teriyaki sauce for 2 hours. Stir fry beef in hot canola oil along with marinade until almost done. Remove from pan. Stir fry veggies, starting with broccoli. When it is almost done, add garlic, scallions and carrots and cook til done. Add beef back to pan and continue cooking until beef is done. Mix 1 T. teriyaki sauce with 1 T. cornstarch. Add to veggie mixture and cook 1 minute. Serve over cooked rice (1/2 c. rice per person).
