Introduction

Just like Grammy's! Just like Grammy's!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    .5 cup melted butter
    .5 cup AP flour
    .5 cup whole wheat flour
    1.5 teas baking powder
    .25 teas salt
    .5 cup granulated sugar
    .5 cup splenda
    .75 cup skim milk
    1 teas vanilla
    6 cups fresh blackberries(or 3 ten oz bags frozen, thawed)

Directions

heat oven to 375

pour melted butter in 2 quart cassarole dish- set aside

In large bowl combine flor baking powder, salt , sugar, & splenda- stir well

Add milk. vanilla, and blackberries to four mixture-stir until well blended,

Spoon into cassarole dish- DO NO STIR

Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes until golden brown- serve warm with optional Vanilla ice cream.

Makes 8 servings.
