    *97% lean turkey breast (ground), 4 oz (remove)
    *Shirataki Tofu Noodle Shaped Noodle, 8 oz (remove)
    Jennie O Turkey Bacon - Extra Lean, 2 serving (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 85 grams (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 45 grams (remove)
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Mustard, Dijon, Whole Foods Organic, 2 tsp (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 0.15 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)


Parboil noodles, toss in peas/corn at the end of cooking for a minute or 2. Meanwhile in a skillet, brown the bacon add turkey and scallions. Rinse the noodles/vegetables and put in casserole dish, add turkey/bacon mixture. In a small bowl combine sour cream, mustard, splash of milk, some fresh parsley and salt/pepper to taste - mix into the casserole and top with Parmesan cheese. Put in a 400 degree oven until bubbly and cheese is browned! Let rest for a minute and enjoy!
