Ingredients

    44 oz pork and beans
    1 onion chopped
    2 slices bacon
    1/2 bell pepper chopped
    1 tsp grey poupon mustard
    1/4 c packed brown sugar
    1/3 c barbecue sauce

Directions

Fry bacon until half cooked. Remove from pan. Add onions and bell pepper to the grease and sautee until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 2 hours at 325 degrees until thick.
