    2 x-large eggs
    1/8 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 serving sausage, chopped up
    2 Hash browns (the kind you get at Mc DOnalds, but the home version ... get mine at Walamrt in the freezer!)
    6 SMALL tortilla wraps


Bake hashbrowns in toaster-oven or the regular oven per package directions. Cook and chop up the sausage. Crack eggs into a microwave-safe bowl. Scramble. Add cheese and mix well. Add sausage and mix well. Crumble hashbrowns up and add that tot he egg mixture. Mix real good. Heat uncovered in microwave 30 seconds. Take out, scramble up egg mixture. Heat in microwave another 30 seconds and scramble up mixture. YOu keep going in this fashion until the egg is fully cooked but not over cooked nor brown!

It took me 1 minute 30 seconds to get mine done. ** Microwaves very!!

Take egg mix out and set to the side. Remove the tortilla wraps from package and microwave 6 in microwave to warm them up so they are pliable - MAYBE 30 seconds.

Take wraps out, divide the egg mix between all 6 wraps, then roll wraps up TORTILLA STYLE!

Serve and enjoy!!

Makes 6 wraps.

Depending on how hungry you are - it will serve from 1 - 6 people.

My 3 and 5 yr old boys can both polish off 2 each! I swear! They have a bottom-less pit for a belly!! I can eat 1 and I am usually FULL.

Add other veggies to your liking. Salsa, I've been told by my 16 year old, is AWESOME on it.
