Ingredients

    Chicken Thighs
    Cornstarch
    Shoyu
    Mochiko Flour
    Green Onion (Optional)
    Sugar
    Salt
    2 Eggs, Beaten
    Minced Garlic
    Oil for frying

Directions

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Stir and mix well then let marinate overnight.
Fry in oil until brown.
