    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    3 Tbsp egg whites
    Eating Right Marinara Pasta Sauce, 1 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .33 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Italian Seasoning, 1 Tbsp
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped
    mushrooms, chopped, .5 cup
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    All-Bran Buds cereal, ground, .5 cup


Mix all ingredients together. Place a scoop in 6 large muffin tins. Top with some reserved parmesean cheese.

Bake at 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
