    1 can kidney beans
    1 19 oz. can tomatoe sauce
    28 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 tsp cumin (or to taster=)
    1/2 cup Texturized Vegetable Protein (TVP)
    1 cup macaroni


Place all ingredients into a pot and bring to a low boil. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
