I don't like smoothies too sweet. This is filling and a good fiber/calcium source. I think the calories might be a little high on the yogurt in the database, but it's pretty close.     OJ 1 fl OZ
    plain fatfree yogurt 1 cup

Directions

combine in blender. Calorie free flavored seltzer can add volume w/o calories
