Ingredients

    2 tablespoons margarine (I used Blue Bonnet Light)
    1/2 large onion, diced
    3 medium carrots, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon sage
    1 teaspoon savory
    1 teaspoon thyme
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 pound cooked turkey, shredded or diced
    1 can chicken broth
    2 cans vegetable broth
    2 cups water
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Saute onions, carrots, garlic, sage, savory, thyme, salt and pepper in a large pot. Once the onion is semi-transparent, add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least an hour. The nutritional information is based on 8 servings.
