quick one egg scramble, easily to make as an omelet. quick one egg scramble, easily to make as an omelet.

Ingredients

    1 egg,
    1 medium okra,
    1 tsp cooking oil (any kind),
    2 TBSP onion,
    2 TBSP green pepper,
    1 TBSP pepper jack cheese
    salt & black pepper

Directions

(1) slice okra into thin disks, and chop/dice onion and green pepper. (2) warm cooking oil of choice in skillet to medium-low heat. (3) Add vegetables and cook until onions are transparent. (4)add malt vinegar, salt and pepper to taste (5) crack in egg, and scramble until egg is nearly full cooked (6) add small cubes of pepper jack cheese. When the cheese is melted the dish is ready
