    Beef, top sirloin, 16 oz , cut in narrow strips
    *Shortening, Crisco, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, canned, undrained
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp
    Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 12 oz


In skillet brown meet in hot crisco. Add onion and garlic, cook until onion is crisp/tender. Combine soup, sour cream, mushrooms, ketchup, and worcestershire. Pour over meat. Cook and stir over low heat until hot.

Cook noodles according to package. Serve stroganoff over noodles.
