    carrots
    garlic
    ginger
    seasame oil
    soy sauce
    evaporate milk
    low fat peanut butter
    red onion
    green peppers
    cucumber

Directions

warm peanut butter and mix all other wet ingredients.
slice the veggies like noodles and toss with the sauce.
